Photographers and surfers converge on an isolated misty beach in Oregon. we actually had to walk through a rain forest to get to the beach! I captured this early morning walker as she strode across the lonely sands in the mood-evoking fog.

First of all Kay, let me just say, I believe ALL your art is Award Winning! Seriously, your gallery is phenomenal. I chose this (and it was difficult to choose!) because it evokes very deep emotions in me. Aside from the fact it is a beautiful and a deeply moving image no doubt to all, I can list the feelings of loneliness, solitude, happiness, love of life and nature, feeling so small in a huge world, hope, sadness... and so on, it is too difficult to express it all. In truth, it is one glorious work of art. Whatever you went through to capture this, was so worth it.
